Your use of this website is subject to both the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of this website.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. 

 

Delivery Rates 

Our delivery rates are:

  • Free shipping on orders of 12 bottles or more, Australia wide.
  • $15on orders under 12 bottles to NSW, QLD, ACT, SA, VIC
  • $20on orders under 12 bottles to NT, TAS, WA

All prices quoted for wine are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST & Wine Equalisation Tax (WET). All prices quoted for non-wine items are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. 

 

Delivery Specifics

Orders are to be placed in multiples of 6 bottles for shipment. Please feel free to select any of our wines as part of your order as either one variety or a mixed case. 

We only deliver within Australia. Your delivery address must be a street address where delivery can be made between the hours of 8am and 10pm. Our licence states that deliveries are not permitted outside of these times.

We ship orders either using a Courier or Australia Post depending on your location. 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are sent between Monday and Friday each week. Please allow up to 14 working days for your wine to arrive after receiving confirmation of your order. Please be assured, we work with freight companies who aim to have your wine reach you as soon as possible. If you have not received your wine in this timeframe, please contact us and we will trace your delivery.

You are responsible for providing full and accurate delivery address, contact numbers and instructions. Verdun Park Wines are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

 

Hot Weather

Wine is a precious product and does not like extreme temperature, especially hot weather. In extreme weather events, despatch of your wine order will be delayed to protect the wine. We will notify you of this, if more than two days delay. 


Refund Policy

We will replace any wine that has been damaged in the delivery process or is faulty. If you are not 100% satisfied with your wine purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately.
