A delicate pale straw invites you to discover fragrant lemon and lime with a hint of cut grass aromas leading to green apple, citrus and melon on the palate.
The 2021 vintage was perfect for cool climate Sauvignon Blanc with a cool ripening period leading to vintage which creates varietally expressive wines.

Pale in the glass, very youthful. Lifted aromas of lantana, nettle, guava and bramble. Soft and round on the palate, quite layered and complex with plenty of just-ripe tropical fruit and riper, sappy flavours.
